Bumping this as I have a Cap One/Sharebuilder account moving to Etrade. From what I read today on the website fractional shares will not move to Etrade so there will be some (hopefully small) cap gains as part of the move. I keep track of all my transactions in Quicken so I'll be busy the day after it moves
